Can't find the information you're looking for? Contact us - we'll help. You get the service in Finnish and English, and doing business is facilitated by an interpretation service that enables doing business in dozens of different languages. Choose the most suitable service channel for you.
- Chat: You can find the chat at the bottom of the browser window on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. whenever the service advisors are free.
- E-mail: Perfect for non-urgent matters that do not require an immediate response.
- Phone: If you need a quick answer and cannot use the chat, you can also reach us by phone.
- On-site customer service: Helps in situations where you need personal service on site.
