All swimming pools in Tampere are equipped with virtual water aerobics screens for customer use. The instructional videos are filmed in water and shown as complete sessions from start to finish, making them easy to follow. You can choose the most suitable workout from a selection that ranges from body care to equipment training, and you can select the duration of the workout via the touch screen. The devices are available during the swimming pool opening hours.
