We want to make Tampere an even better place to live. Your feedback is important to us, whether it is praise, criticism, or suggestions for improvement.
To ensure that your matter is dealt with smoothly, please check whether your feedback relates to any of the following topics. We have separate feedback channels for these:
- Street lights; If you want to report a faulty street light - Issues with outdoor lighting (in Finnish)
- Maintenance of streets and parks: If you want to report, for example, a fallen tree or damage to a street - Feedback on the maintenance of public areas (in Finnish)

What happens after submitting the feedback form?
- Receipt: When you submit the form, you will receive confirmation that your message has been received.
- Processing: We will forward your feedback directly to the expert responsible for the matter.
- Response: If you have requested a response, we will contact you by email.
- Impact: Feedback is used to develop our services. Many improvements in the city have originated from residents' observations.
