What happens after submitting the feedback form?

  1. Receipt: When you submit the form, you will receive confirmation that your message has been received.
  2. Processing: We will forward your feedback directly to the expert responsible for the matter.
  3. Response: If you have requested a response, we will contact you by email.
  4. Impact: Feedback is used to develop our services. Many improvements in the city have originated from residents' observations.
