Health through exercise lecture

Come and hear about exercise recommendations and the services offered by the city's Sports Services. The lecture will provide information on how much exercise you should get, how exercise can help prevent many diseases, and how everyday life offers many opportunities for exercise. The lecture is free of charge (in Finnish). You are warmly welcome!
