The route to the main entrance

The 2 accessible parking spaces are located outdoors over 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking spaces is at least 3.6 m. Parking spaces for persons with a disability are located at the south end of the building, in front of the entrance to the Rulla Children's Cultural Center. Please provide your vehicle registration number to the staff at the information desk on the second floor of Laikku. The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement. The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated.

The main entrance

The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. In connection with the entrance, there are at least 4 steps, with handrails on both sides. The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. The door opens easily manually.

In the facility

The customer service point is on the entrance floor. The customer service point has directions to the different facilities. The doors in the customer service point stand out clearly. The customer service point has a fixed induction loop marked with the appropriate international symbol. The customer service point has an accessible toilet on floor 0.

The entrance "Accessible entrance"

The main entrance parking spaces may be used for this entrance as well. The distance from the parking spaces to the entrance is over 10 m. The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement. The route to the entrance is guided, smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated. The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. The doors connected to the entrance are hard to perceive. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a door phone, opening automatically. The customer service point is on a different floor than this entrance. This entrance leads to the same lift as the main entrance.

The entrance "Accessible entrance"

Parking spaces for persons with a disability are located at the south end of the building, in front of the entrance to the Children's Cultural Center Rulla. Please provide your vehicle registration number to the staff at the information desk on the second floor of Laikku. The accessible entrance is located at the north end of the building, facing the Laikunlava outdoor stage.
